My name is Rae French, I am 24 years old, and I was born in Vancouver and raised in Steveston, BC. I currently reside on the unceded territory of the Squamish people (Kistilano/X̱ats'alanexw). I am a recent graduate of the Graphic Design Certificate from BCIT but have been working and practicing in graphic design for 3 years now. Some aspects of design I am interested in include Marketing, Print, and Website Design.
Outside of my design, I am an avid traveller, artist, and sports fan. I have travelled to over 15 countries as well as lived in Switzerland for a year in 2009. Some of my hobbies include camping, gardening, baseball, and reading. I am a very positive person and love any opportunity to learn something new. As a member of the LGBTQ community, the matter of human rights is something I consider a significant aspect of my life.
